Capture a documentation URL on your Mac and export it. FSNotes creates a note named from the page title with the URL in its body.
Send the capture
- Open an existing Capture and choose its configured FSNotes export action.
- Capture hands off only the supported types listed above. Complete any confirmation or compose screen shown by FSNotes.
Limits and troubleshooting
Limits
- FSNotes is excluded from Capture’s destination picker on iOS, iPadOS, and visionOS.
- Images and files are unsupported.
Troubleshooting
- If FSNotes is not listed, confirm you are configuring it on macOS.
- If the title is missing, Capture may not have cached link metadata; the URL is still exported.
