Limits and troubleshooting

Limits

  • Images and files are unsupported.
  • Card names are capped at 512 characters and markup at 24,000.
  • Only one parent card ID is configurable.

Troubleshooting

  • If a 2xx response still fails, Capture inspects Supernotes’ per-card result; recheck the Parent card ID.
  • If unauthorized, create or recopy the API key.
