Use a project node URL as Parent target, select To-do and Bottom, then export a captured action. Workflowy adds it as the last to-do under that project.
Send the capture
- Open an existing Capture and choose its configured Workflowy export action.
- Capture sends the supported type directly to Workflowy and shows a success toast when the API request completes.
Limits and troubleshooting
Limits
- Images and files are unsupported.
- The integration calls Workflowy’s API without opening the app.
- Capture does not confirm that the parent target exists before sending.
Troubleshooting
- If Capture rejects the destination, create and paste a nonblank API key.
- If the node lands in the wrong place, verify the Parent target; use inbox for the built-in Inbox or blank for the top level.
